Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Devon Windsor pieces, but if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn items with original tags and hygiene liners attached within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in the original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and protective seals remain intact.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.
